These terms apply to purchases and inquiries made through Conmaret.com, Conmaret’s construction and building material marketplace in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Products, Prices, and Availability

Product information is provided to help customers compare materials, suppliers, and estimated costs. Construction material prices, stock levels, brands, dimensions, and delivery fees can change quickly. Conmaret confirms final price, availability, and delivery arrangements before dispatch.

Orders

After an order is placed, Conmaret may contact the customer by phone, email, or WhatsApp to confirm product availability, quantity, delivery location, and estimated delivery time. Orders may be held or cancelled if stock is unavailable, customer information is incomplete, or payment is not confirmed.

Payments

Conmaret accepts direct bank transfer and cash on delivery where available. For bank transfer orders, customers should use their order number as the payment reference and send payment confirmation to Conmaret before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery availability and timing depend on product type, quantity, customer location, supplier availability, and transport conditions. Addis Ababa orders are normally confirmed first, while orders outside Addis Ababa may require additional coordination and delivery charges.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled according to the Refund and Returns Policy. Customers should inspect materials at delivery and report damaged, incorrect, or missing items as soon as possible.
